The problem with many issues and tribulations in life that we fail to see both sides of the story. The common mistake is that we are all entitled and automatically biased towards our loyalty towards peers, family and friends. No, obviously it isn't a crime! But the fact of the matter is, like many biased decisions you can often be handed distorted truth and unfortunately it can escalate into further unnecessary problems that seem to unfailingly create new ones. Then here it comes, strategically placed on a silver platter a whole lot of bull$%#@ that you, as a normal person is suppose to just take because it is simply inevitable.
Inevitable, check! Take it? "smh" (and for those unfamiliar with the new facebook lingo, it's 'shakes my head'.)
Yes I am going to speak with my hard as a rock pride; no, if you were raised by the strong words of my mother that is not something you can simply embrace. I think that one of the most valuable blessings in life is the ability to speak. Furthermore, I encourage you to speak for the truth well embedded in your heart, and owe it only to yourself.
Not everyone will understand, nor will they care to. The danger in embarking on this courageous act is the forgetting why you had took this step forward to begin with. And the only answer you should only ever have, is to do it for yourself. Not to satisfy an alter ego, and replenish a thirsty victory. For me, it's finding an inner peace and to abide by the fact that everyone deserves the truth. Yes, the most of the time overrated truth, but nevertheless.. everyone deserves to hear it whether it is accepted or ignored. Because whether you believe it or not, the truth will .. set you free.
But to shy away beneath a rock, and let all those who constantly try to break you down and stand over you with triumph, at least in my opinion is entirely cowardly. And because sometimes words fail, follow through with the always ever so loud actions, and no, not a new note of facebook or blogspot for that matter..
Make that movement to say that..
I was raised better than to stoop low in the levels of fools that feast on twisted stories and judgments.
Maybe you were in the washroom in your turn of broken telephone, clearly the moral did not get drilled in you. Or better yet, picking your nose, just like picking at business that is not even yours.
